The Consortium of Tanzania University and Research Libraries (COTUL) in collaboration with Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) have negotiated a number of agreements with publishers that secure waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for corresponding authors from Tanzania to publish their articles in open access.The list of eligible journals is attached for more information.
